The common spaces at Casa Doñano are all decorated in accordance with all the life experiences of the creators of the place. Each living room brings out a different sensation. They are spaces to rest, to read and to chat.
La Cuadra del Sol. Feel the first sunbeams in the morning. In this room breakfast and dinner are served during the winter. Its intimate atmosphere make the evenings special. It opens onto the Cuadra de Enmedio and the Fuego living rooms, and is also used for the WINE TASTING organized by CASA DOÑANO.
La Cuadra de En Medio living room. This is the other room on the ground floor which opens directly onto the Cuadra de Fuego. Here you can find daily newspapers, magazines and books. There is also bar service.
La Cuadra del Fuego living room. This is one of the rooms on the ground floor, perfect to get some rest or for reading. Here you can find daily newspapers, travel and tourism magazines and entertainment and board games (cards, chess, etc.). There is also bar service.
La Lareira. This was the kitchen of the house in the past.
La Biblioteca . In this reading room, located on the first floor, you can find entertaining and informative books, with extensive current and historic documentation on the Ribadeo, Galicia and Asturias regions.
El Comedor. Located in an annex building, the Restaurant at Casa Doñano offers an extensive and international menu for lodgers during the whole year. Products from the market garden, fish and seafood, as well as delicious desserts that can be enjoyed together with the excellent range of our bodega.
